At Tranquility Acres, we take pride in providing the freshest, highest-quality farm products directly from our fields to your table. Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final.

• No Returns or Exchanges
  Once products leave the farm, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Perishable Goods
  Fresh produce, eggs, meat, dairy, baked goods, and other farm foods are highly perishable and cannot be resold once delivered or picked up.

• Refunds
  Refunds are not offered except in cases where an item is proven defective, spoiled at the time of delivery/pickup, or incorrect due to a farm error.

• Customer Responsibility
  After pickup or delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to store and handle products properly to maintain freshness and safety.

• Batch & Seasonal Availability
  Because farming depends on nature and seasonal cycles, substitutions may sometimes be provided for unavailable items.
